Custom Cabinetry. Custom LED shelves. Walnut Countertops

Ordering custom millwork can be overwhelming and isn’t always so straight forward. Here is our way of guiding you through it

Our Process

Initial Consultation and Estimate

It all begins with an idea. When you get in contact with us, we will discuss your concepts and priorities for the project. Once we have a vision, we ask you to send over pictures and measurements of your space so we can provide a rough estimate.

Site Visit

Once the estimate is approved, we schedule an on site meeting for measuring and going over project details. We will discuss materials, finishes, design, functionality and all other details relevant to the project. Once all this data is gathered, we move on to the next step.

Millwork Quotation

Final Quote and Renderings

You will be provided with an itemized quote with descriptions and specs along with renderings for each piece. At this stage, we finalize the design and confirm any other details.

Deposit

Upon quote approval, a 60% deposit is required to be booked into the build schedule. We will let you know the approximate lead time at this point.

Construction

During this process, you will receive regular updates when your project enters a new stage - building, finishing and when the project is ready for site delivery.

Installation

We will schedule an installation date that works best for both of us. During this process, we make a point to treat your home like ours. Flooring protection and a tidy workspace is a priority for us. Once the installation has been completed, and you are completed satisfied, a final invoice will be issued for the remaining balance.
